Buying off a foreign version of iTunes Store

I live in the U.S., and there's an mp3 that I want that is only available through the Australian iTunes Store. Would there be any way for me to get it? Please let me know if you know of anything. Thanks.
 
Set up an account on the Australian version of iTunes, using an Australian address. Then buy an Australian iTunes gift card of ebay or 3rd party website. Redeem code, then use the credit to buy your mp3.
