Buying my first 21" iMac!

After years from PC, going to take the plunge...do you really see any big benefit of going to the base upgaded model over the base model for $200 ? Is that video card and little faster cpu worth $200 ? Im barely gonna game, maybe a call of duty once in a while.

Depending on your use - no

I think the fusion drive might be the best upgrade - 5400 HHD is kinda slow - IMHO.

Honestly, you'd be better served paying $250 and getting the Fusion Drive. That will speed things up a ton on normal tasks. You won't see much of a difference for gaming and honestly, in a year or so, it probably won't be able to run many top tier games anyway.

For call of duty i don't think so.
I saw some gaming with the 640M for batman arkham city with native resolution everything to medium+high. Nice. So only in high demanding game i think is a difference of playing from all medium to all to high(640m vs 650m)
