External USB Drive as Primary - Where do I put my Movies?

Just pointed ATV1 to use External 2TB as Primary Storage, now I have no idea where to put my Movies! I had it all figured out before the change.

When looking at the file structure via FTP, inside "Movies" it now has a Sub-Folder called "External Media" but the folder has a red circle on it?

So confused... please help a noobie!

Store the movies as you normally would on the External (i have a folder called movies). You have to have Itunes pointing to the external as the source. Apple TV has to use itunes to manage your media.
