Value of a Ipad Mini 64Gb after the release of the Ipad mini 2?

Hi people,

Wanting to buy a ipad mini and thinking of getting a 64GB.

If a new one came out at the end of this year like it planed.
How much would mine be worth on ebay for like second hand if i want to upgrade.

Im thinking about $350 to $450.

Used ones are going for $400-$450 presently. When it's updated to a Retina display, plan on $250-$300.

The only ones I see that low on Craigslist are scams; I haven't seen any used Minis for less than retail. Id say a loss of 30% can be expected especially with such a desirable upgrade.

Oh wow. I thought it would keep it value a bit more being a 64GB.
Oh well all I can do is look after it and you never now you might get $350 or more.

If I upgrade to a ipad mini 2 I would only go 32GB

Just research your area for prices of used ones. I just glanced at eBay, and the lions share of auctions that ended have them around retail price.
