Installing XCode

Hello.

I had to reinstall Mac OS X (Leopard) on my MacBook and after that I inserted the "Applications Install DVD" and follow the instructions. But XCode and all development apps & libs are missing.

Can anyone tell me why and what should I do to reinstall it?

More info:
- I repartioned the HDD before installing Mac OS X again.
- I applied all "Software update"

The Developer Tools are an optional install, and should be on your installation DVD.
