Help would be appreciated.

I have some paper documents and I wish to change the content. So I scanned them to my MacBook Pro as PDF docs with the intention of changing them and then printing them off.

I am stumped as to what to do, the Docs open in Adobe Reader which doesn't allow changes. I note I can convert to Word by going online, which I don't wish to do, because they are confidential.

So my question is , how can I scan documents and change the content, before printing them off. I'm sure I have done it in the past, but cannot remember how.

You could also scan the docs as JPEGs and edit them like an image file. I like the previous suggestion, but you have to be careful with OCR. If you go that route, make sure you read everything very carefully.
