New Video iPod Revealed?

http://www.macrumors.com/images/macrumorsthreadlogo.gif

Still over 30 minutes from Apple's media event, ApplexNet.com has posted what appear to be actual photos of the new iPod to be released today.

The new iPod was somewhat revealed in poster ads published just an hour ago. The new iPod appears to have a wider screen and form factor than previous iPods.

The new iPod in the photo matches the artists renditions from the ads. It has a wider screen and the one in the pictures appears to be have a 30GB capacity.

Photo of new iPod is mirrored: New iPod (widerscreen).

Boy. That's not pretty. Some of the fakes were much better looking.

I must just be a dweeb, but I can't tell if the new iPod in the picture is actually wider than the current iPod, or if the larger screen is merely creating the illusion of wideness. Anyone else have an opinion?

all of you that looks like an ipod in packaging ready to go to a store. i like it personally. The iLounge ad goes with it in size. All of you will reget your words if this is released in 1/2 and hour.

Not impresed

doubt you could call that a 'video' iPod. Just a slightly bigger screen. It may have video capability but it ain't no iPod video
