iPad iPad-compatible NC app switcher that is or will be updated to support iOS 6.1?

I want to use the Notification Center (via MountainCenter) for everything, including switching apps. I've seen a few tweaks in Cydia that do this, but they're either iPhone-only, not updated, or incompatible in some other weird way.

So, my question is, is there a tweak out there that will add an app switcher to an iPad's NC?
