Question about updating iPad 2

Hello, I have not updated my iPad 2 yet and I'm wondering if is going to be worthy updating? What differents does anybody see?

That depends on what version of iOS you currently have installed.

people complained about battery drain but i dont see the different.

Indeed. The iPad 2 came with iOS 4 and thus no iCloud. Many folks fine the automatic backups via iCloud to be reason enough to update.

I noticed it a little bit when updated from 4 to 5 and then 5 to 6 buy both times my iPad had been acting wonky before the updates. So I did a backup to iCloud, wiped it and pulled my stuff back down and saw big improvements.
