Decrease Ring Time before Voicemail Answers

This may be (and HOPEFULLY SHOULD be) a simple issue to resolve...
I'm looking to shorten the time it takes for the voicemail to answer on my Verizon iPhone 5, iOS 6. It is currently set for about 30 secs and I would like it to be about 10 sec. Any suggestions? It seems like such a simple request but no one I talk to seems to know, including Verizon tech support.

There is a way to do it, it involves calling your number from your phone and pressing lots of random buttons. I suggest using a search engine to better increase your chances of finding information on the topic.

Apparently you call 611 (Customer Care) and ask to have it changed.
