Fast USB SSD thumbdrive?

Im wondering if anyone knows of a USB drive that is SSD performance but smaller than normal external 1.8/2.5" drives?

I have the Patriot Supersonic Magnum (it's available in 64, 128, and 256GB sizes), and I get read and write speeds pretty close to the advertised speeds of 200MB/s and 120MB/s, respectively.
