Does 320Kbps sound quality better than 128kbps?

by the mere definition of the terms, yes. Whether you will notice the difference depends on you and how much you care, and what equpiment its being played on. Try both and see.

Also, depends on what format you use. 128 aac will sound better than MP3 at a somewhat higher setting for instance.

By the way. What are the definition of 320Kbps and 128Kbps?

these refer to sampling rates. 128kbps (kilobytes per second) has less information in it than 320 kbps. The more information in the file, the more of the original sound is reproduced. So higher is always better sounding. But at some point you get diminishing returns.

I asked because strider42 mentioned the definition and nothing more. Also I am trying to learn as many as possible. 😛
