Loud fans!

Hi there

I have a macbook pro 13 which is about 2 years old.

I have noticed recently when watching something on line the fans have been going a lot louder.

Is there anything I can do to rectify the loud fans? I am guessing it is because it is flash?

If you are watching videos, then yes it would be the flash.
I use clicktoflash to avoid unnecessary flash on my browser.
 
It's most likely Flash.

As far as lowering fan speed goes, I wouldn't try it as you can make your computer run hotter, potentially damaging it.
