Probably damaged DMG

In past I had problem with biggest dmg files when I reinstalled mac and then restore backups. So this time before switching form 10.7 to 10.8 I make sure and double check that everything is copy right. But even after that when I restore some dmg files I got message "not recognized" and I'm tired of horrible communication with Aspyr and waiting days for them to send me link where I can download my games or waiting hours for Final Cut X to download it. So I'm asking is there some way to get it working? Because I don't believe that Aspyr is going to communicate with me.
