General iCloud backup vs iTunes backup

I know that iTunes will backup certain jailbreak files when you do a complete backup of a jailbroken iPhone. What I want to know is, does iCloud also backup the same jailbreak files? I know that in neither case tweaks and Cydia apps don't get backed up but I'm concerned about the various plist and files of that type.

iCloud will backup settings and preferences from jailbreak apps but not the apps themselves.

plists will get saved, it's always recommended you make a backup before jailbreaking, should something go awry.
