Can someone post the default finder view options?

I'm talking about the desktop items, I've been playing around with the settings and I can't get them back to how they were. If anyone hasn't adjusted any I would be grateful if you can tell me the original settings.

To find them, click on the desktop and go to view and show view options.

Thanks.

Here's mine.
