import podcast as MP3 to iphone

Never tried but... have iTunes download podcast as normal, but tell sync DO NOT sync podcasts to iPhone. Then manually go into the podcast folder, I forget exactly where but u will figure out, and I do believe the contents are already in MP3, then manually import them into iTunes Music see what it does.
