iPod agent 18 nano cases were to ship oct. 12th..??

i ordered a case from the agent 18 website for my nano over a week ago... the site was promoting an October 12th ship date; however, my order still says "Processing" and i haven't heard anything about a shipment! did anyone else order their nano case from here? i'm getting anxious... my nano is supposed to arrive on wednesday and i really want to have protection in place for it...
