Easy On Easy Off Sports Case?

I'm looking for a case to use while doing sports, biking or hiking that will protect the iPhone 5 from drops from heights. Preferably compatible with the Spigen Glass TR screen protector. I also need something that has headphone compatibility and is very easy and quick to remove and put on, not like the 20 step process some high protection cases use.
