Outlook 2011 how to block Spam in Chinese

How can I set up a rule to delete any incoming message with Chinese characters in the subject line in Outlook 2011 for mac. This is easy in Outlook 2010 for Windoze, where you use the international page in Junk Rules. However in the deliberately downgraded version of Outlook that MS has seen fit to overcharge us for, this is missing (like lots of other features present in Outlook 2010).

A very high proportion of these messages, which seem to sail through my ISP's spam blocking tool, contain a virus/trojan/worm, presumably from the Chinese slimy criminal hacker factories.

Any ideas guys?
