MacBook Air Menu Bar Missing Item

The menu bar (that bar which is at the very top) has 10 items on it:
The Apple, File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Tools, Data, and Help.

Much to my surprise, the word Window is missing. I need to get that word and the list iit contains, back on the bar.

Are there any suggestions, great ideas or hope, you can offer?
