Clive Burr (former Iron Maiden drummer) passes
http://www.bravewords.com/news/200469
A sad loss (after a long battle against Multiple Sclerosis) for those who enjoy Iron Maiden as the best heavy metal band on Earth...he was a great drummer (in my opinion, his drumming technique has never been matched by Nicko McBrain's) and the guy who played on The Number Of The Beast, arguably among the top three Maiden albums ever. RIP, Sir!

Number of the Beast was such a groundbreaking album. The prisoner gains so much through the powerful drumming... Rip Clive

Never liked their music, but I know lots of my freinds seriously rate them and some mates got flown by bruce dickinson on a plane with the rest of the band, so they sound pretty ace.
Shame to see anyone like this go though

The Prisoner is exactly one of the main examples of his unique style - what an awesome song.

Not a fan of the band, but it's always sad to hear of someone's passing. RIP Clive
