Hello MR,

I bought a rMBP back in August. It is a 2.8//512gb//8gb if it matters.
I ran a screen test and it is indeed an LG screen.
I also have AppleCare's extended warranty, which I did activate in August.

Last few weeks, I have been seeing some extensive ghosting.
It is now to the point that it actually stands out and is clearly visible.
What I want to know is, what can Apple do for me?
Will they replace my screen itself? Or will they be replacing my laptop?
Can I resolve this issue over the phone with Apple's Customer Care, or will I have to actually take it to an Apple store to have it evaluated, etc.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Have a safe weekend.

Yes. At least the sticker on the top case has to be removed, because they'll swap the whole top case.

Whats the turn around time on this? I'm actually curious because I may have to bring mine in. It's more prevalent now than it ever was.

Oh wow. I was expecting in the 1-2 hour range!!
I don't even think I can go one full day without using mine.
6 days is absolutely ridiculous...

I handed it over when they were in the process of replacing 1TB hard drives in around 20 or so iMacs, so I guess it wasn't so bad.

Plus I have an iMac at home to work on, so I could go another week or two easily.
