I updated to 10.8.3 but my finder is still 10.8.2 :(

If I click on "About Finder" it shows version 10.8.2. :(

Can I fix this?

Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this up. Just noticed this. Wow, Apple, just Wow !!

Anyone want to submit a bug report or is Apple finished with 10.8.3 and going instead with the next OS mess up ?

Edited: Made a bug report if that even helps

This is simply no bug. The Finder version has nothing to to with the OS version.

In 10.6.1 Finder was already at version 10.6.2 for example. System Preferences is version 12.0. App version numbers have nothing to do with the OS.

10.8.3 ships with Finder 10.8.2. 10.8.4 might ship with Finder 10.8.2 or 10.8.13.

Yep. I'm still on OS 10.8.2, but my Finder version is 10.8.1.

Nothing to worry about here.
