Getting iPad3 to read exfat SD card?
I just ordered a class 10 128gb card but it only supports exfat to take full advantage of the storage.
I am now reading online that iPad can only support up to 32gb cards and cannot read exfat. Is there a jailbreak workaround to this? I got it for such a great deal, if my iPad won't read it, I still might hold onto it for my T2i SLR (what do you think?) Anyways, thanks. |

Fat32 you can't transfer files to the SDcard over 5GB in size at a time or 4GB even maybe... can't remember
With jailbreak, can iFile read SDXC 128's? How about Mac OS Journaled if not exFat? Would test but I don't have my 128 yet (might just sell it before opening since this was the reason I wanted one, it's a feeler for now) and my CCKit is in the mail... lost mine on a roadtrip without even using it this time ![]() And once that arrives, I can test the partition types on a 32 I have handy. |

EDIT: doesn't read exfat just like any other SD card,
but my 128 on Mac OS Journaled works ![]() So happy. |
