Help: Can't get games from app store for jailbroken iPad 2!

Why can't I get some of the games from AppStore for my jailbroken iPad 2? The "buy" button is disabled (in grey color). The iPad is with iOS 5.1.1. For some weird reason I can't update the iPad to iOS 6!!! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can't update iOS on JB devices without first restoring as a new device, updating iOS, then re-jail breaking.
