A friend doesnt use iTunes but has sync enabled with his iCloud account. He has just called me and said all his contacts have gone. I checked his iCloud account online and all the contacts have gone from their too. The syncing works well.
However, in this case it isnt much of a safety net / backup.
Are there any other options to get the contacts back?
