Override NSTextFields Default Action

Hi All,

I have a Xcode project I am working on which has two NSTextFields in it. This project is being written using OS X.

What I wish to do is override the default action of the Enter Key on these text fields. Currently Xcode uses for the Action: Send On Enter Only for the texts fields. What this is doing is inserting a new record into the data base when the Enter Key is pressed this is not what I want to happen.

What I want to happen when the enter key is pressed is to tab to the next text field.

Can anyone help with this problem...?

Thanks,
Kiefer

Changed Field Type and Attribute Settings

Hey all,

I was able to figure this out on my own.

I changed my field type from: NSTextField to NSWrappingTextField and set Layout to wraps and checked uses single line mode.

This has not add the tab action but this keeps things from inserting a new record...
