A cardboard box.
I am looking to create a proxy server for getting around Bess. For those that don't know, Bess is a system that most schools use to filter the internet, yet at the same time it blocks clean, informational sites and delays pages that have updated, such as Mac Rumors.com :(

I occasionally see linux people make servers that say "pr0xy Version 2" and "Bess CAN go there :)", and I was wondering If I could do that using the built in Apache Server in OS X 10.2 or some shareware / freeware app. SASIC has shut down, so I cannot check there to see if anything is available for the mac. Any help would be appreciated.
