Welcome to this weeks photo thread!

Theme: Beautiful Day

It's a beautiful day, don't let it get away.

We're 6 months ahead, or 6 months behind, in the southern hemisphere :p This was taken on 35mm film during our summer.

It's Autumn here, so it's time to grab as much water as you can before it gets too cold. Taken the other week, this young boy was hilarious running away from the waves screaming.

It's the interpretation that counts. For instance I associate spring with flowers so I submitted a picture of a flower. All of the entries deserve comment, and that comment is one of praise - as each showcases what their respective poster associates with the brief, and each required effort to acheive.

Well said! :)

But then what is the point of suggesting guidelines for any contest if "anything goes"?
If someone says "post pictures of 'Fall' , and I submit a photo of daffodils because that's what it means to me...?
