Windows 8 slow Boot Camp driver initialization

In my Windows 8 Pro x64 on MBPr 15", it takes me many seconds since I log in until the keyboard backlight finally flashes on and the trackpad inputs fully work. In my Windowx XP Pro 32-bit MB-white-2008, Boot Camp driver opens as soon as possible.

Is anyone else having this delay with Windows 8 Boot Camp driver?
