I use several different browsers and have autofill enabled on all of them but it seems autofill only works on about half the web sites I visit.
I have to enter my email address username etc about 20 times a day.

How Can I assign my email address to an unused key in OSX and/or IOS?

Thanks for reading'

You could also use an Application like ClipMenu or any similar programs like CopyPaste Pro amongst others.

Check out the 'Language & Text' preference pane in the System Preferences. If you click on the 'Text' tab, you should be able to enable/disable symbol and text substitution and also define your own custom substitutions. While it's not a hotkey, you should be able to define a substitution that drops in your email address (for example: '_em_' to 'my@email.com').
