Can I update what's playing in itunes on my blog in real time???

Can I update what's playing in itunes on my blog (burnfuel.blogspot.com). It ain't much now but that's another story. I remember a while back that Apple(i think) had made a webpage that could put out links that you could put into your website and that allow your website to update with whatever song your were playing at that time? I think it might have had something to do with either xml or rss but i could be wrong. I just want the song that i'm currently listening to to update on the webpage. Thanks for your Help
 
There are various methods on Last.fm (formerly Audioscrobbler) to get your listening on the web. It's near-real time for free, but if you need it fully-real time, you just need to become a contributor (which I don't think costs too much).
