How can I freeze someone else's phone on my plan?

I don't have access to this other phone but I'm paying for it. What I'd ultimately like to do is the next time they turn it on they will be locked out & unable to use the phone for anything.
Hints or thoughts?? Thanks

Remove the phone from your plan?

Remove it from the account - or ask the person who has it to stop using it.
 
I have just suspended the phone on my account but what I want to make sure of is that the next time they turn it on they can't even access pictures, notes, etc. Almost like when you find a lost phone with a pass code & can't get in
 
Unless you have setup Find My iPhone on that iphone, there is not much else you can do remotely to lock/wipe the iPhone.
 
I'm pretty sure Find My iPhone is not set up on that device. Do you think the service provider can help? Similar to cable companies when they used to "shoot" your cable box & render it useless

There is absolutley nothing a carrier can do keep you from accessing your phone, they can only disable cellular communication.

Unless your phones are linked by the same iCloud account, there is nothing you can do either without physically having the phone in your hands.

Is this a misbehaving child or something? Off at college? Threaten their tuition or something.

Nope.
Then there's nothing else you can do besides disable service.
You can't lock it without findmyiphone enabled.

I think he is a 23 year old, with a misbehaving girl friend.
