Help. iPhone 4S GSM Unlocked yet no Service.

What do I do?

I have gotten the unlock message via iTunes but I still cannot get any signal on my iPhone 4S using a t-mobile sim. I have tried three other T-Mobile sims but no signal. It just says "No Service".

Please advise.
