Someone deleted my entire Safari History. I have Time Machine enabled. But when I try to find the History Folder (user>Library>caches>metadata>safari) with Time Machine (in order to recover it) it just will not show up, only on "Today (now)"

Caches are likely not being saved as a version.

But, if you want the URL history you are looking in the wrong place, that is in:

~/Home/Library/Safari
