Exchange of Keyboard Powerbook 15"

I am wondering if anybody has exchanged the keyboard of an 15"PB Alu.
I do own an Apple Manual, I did replace the keyboard on a 17" without a problem.
On the 15", there is a lock within the DVD-drive slot that I am unable to release.
Any help is welcome.
