EDIT: Nevermind, it seems that the problem has been solved. Sorry for the inconvenience. Originally, the reset (hold menu + center) didn't work but after 5 mins or so I tried it again and this time it worked nicely. Mods, feel free to delete this waste of bandwidth.

I just connected my nano to the USB like I always do, the "Do not disconnect" flashes for a few seconds but then all of a sudden, it goes back to the Now Playing screen and it's stuck there. The backlit is on and will not dim or anything and the PC isn't recognizing it. I tried to reset but nothing works. It's just frozen in the Now Playing screen. No music is coming out and it's not responding to any button presses.
