Browsing and adding/deleting files from my Mac?

Is there a way to browse through files, add files, delete files, etc. from my Mac to my Note2?

Thanks.

An alternative to the superb Airdroid is Android File Transfer.

AFT will not work with Samsung phones (S3 or Note 2) and a Mac. I think previous Samsung models like the S2 did though. And all Nexus devices work with AFT.

Airdroid is the best and easiest option to transfer files to/from Samsung's newer phones to/from a Mac. Or use the SD card.
