hello everyone. I am in need of both OS X Tiger and OS X Leopard discs, but I do not have the money to pay the unreasonable prices for these Oses. So, that being said, is it possible to buy one of the gray re-installation discs that came with a different model Mac, use disk utility to burn it to a bootable .iso format, burn THAT to a DVD, and use that now burned DVD to boot up and reinstall the OS onto any machine?

The reason I ask is because ibook reinstall discs are apparently incredibly hard to come by but for some reason Mac Pro and imac discs are not. So could I perform the above stated action and have a copy of OS X that I could install on my iBook G4?

Thanks in advance!

The gray disks are locked to the model they were shipped with.
