Syncing issue on 6.1.3

I just purchased an iPhone 4s and updated on 6.1.3. I restored from a previous backup and now it either won't sync music or apps or both and/or photos as well. Its just like annoying to me.

No solution

With increasing number of visitors on this thread and no reply at all, it seems many people are facing this problem but Apple hasn't done anything to help get rid of this issue.
