Red face Moving Music from iPod 4th Gen. to iTunes (PC)

I haven't been around here for awhile...
Anyhow, I managed to delete ALL my music (minus the purchased songs from the iTunes store) from iTunes.

I don't even know how it happened, I was clearing out some files and folders and I moved the iTunes file folder someplace and that must have screwed it up.

I had at least 381 songs... only about twenty or thirty were actually purchased from the ITUNES store. It's the result of about two years of collecting music. Luckily, they're all still on my iPod. I just can't figure out how to pull the music from the iPod onto the computer.

I've tried going into the iTunes file and looking for "Previous iTunes Libraries" or whatever, but they don't open up anything besides the iTunes program. I tried googling solutions-- the only things I can find are ways to pull the music off a Nano/Classic.

Can ANYONE help me? I really want my 350+ songs back... Like I said, all the music is intact on my iPod Touch but I can't figure out how to get it back. X'D

(I'm using Windows 7 and I have a 4th Gen. iPod Touch, if that helps.)

Go to cnet; there is software you can purchase that allows you to move music from your ipod to your computer.

I believe "iexplorer" would work. There is a free version. Similar thing happened to me. I even was able to re-gain all my ratings and play counts.

Look for software that has a 30 day trial/demo mode. Phone View does, but it doesn't mention iPod in its documentation.
