A friend of mine has an iPad 4 Wifi with iOS 6.1.3.
When he receives a call via Skype or Facetime, he doesn't hear any ringer sound. Once he accepts the call, there is sound as normal.
Otherwise, sound works as it should (youtube, games, iTunes etc).
We've checked the settings everywhere (sound, notifications, app preferences), everything seems normal. Any ideas ?
