I recently added a great blue-tooth earpiece for my phone, and it pairs easily with my Mini.
Very cool...I get my driving directions in my earpiece from Maps and I can get the audio from the mini as if a headphone was plugged in.

But suddenly (after a month with this new device) the mini is starting to play music on its own. I was driving along and I hear music in my earpiece. Since I have no music on my phone I check the mini and Itunes started to play my list.
This now happens regularly, but with no warning or other event to trigger it. it usually happens when not in use...just sitting there.

Anyone know how or why this is happening?

No, but the same thing happens when I get in my car (Prius), as soon as the bluetooth link is made with my iPhone, it starts streaming music from the Music app. Often quite a random selection!

Settings > privacy > Bluetooth with relivant devices connected

Or

Settings > Bluetooth > tap blue arrow next to the device that's connected

You should find more options ;)
