Ok I feel as though I am a pretty tech savvy individual but I just can not seem to crack the code on my own and I am turning to you for some much needed help. If there is any additional info you need to help solve my problem don't hesitate to ask.
Ok, Specs- Mid 2010 27" IMac 2.8 Ghz I7 Quad with 16GB of Ram, running 10.8.3
System mem running around 13 GB of free
CPU is at 98% Idle
54.83 GB utilized out of 1TB
I literally have the activity monitor and a game of chess open and I am getting the beach ball.
I have repaired permissions and the partition appears to ok.
S.M.A.R.T. status is verified.
I have run Onyx and completely cleared my entire cache.
I have included screen shots of my activity monitors processes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
