Fantasy Baseball Apps

I am a big fantasy baseball guy, and I am constantly opening my scorecenter app to check my players stats for the night. I have been looking for a couple of days for an app that, after setting my players, sends me push notifications, lets say, for example, every time one of my players gets a hit, rbi, homerun....etc.

Does this exist? If so can someone point me in the right direction?
