Where can a person get a "Users Guide" for TurboCAD V5 ? I did not receive any manual when I received the DVD. I do not expect to pay for a manual when I purchased this program new.

Could be a PDF on the DVD. Where did you purchase the DVD?

Sorry for the confusion, "Tutorials" are included with the program DVD, you just have to look for them.
