How to maintain website privacy through wiki

Within Lion Server wiki you can provide a link to a website. Can you maintain the privacy of that website link so no one can access the website directly bypassing the wiki?

You can set up which users can view the main Wiki but making it so any links are not visible kind of negates the purpose of a Wiki.
