Any tweak/Cydia app that will make EVERY text larger?

I want everything larger, including the texts on web sites and web pages. It's too small for my eyes. The settings in accessibility only make certain things bigger. Thanks in advance.

A visit to your local optician should clear everything up.

Does Google Chrome give you a larger text option?
