Here's the situation...

I was using the Macbook as normal when suddenly it froze. It never responded so I held down the power button, and it restarted (taking longer than usual) then froze again. So I repeated the hard power down/reset only to find that it got stuck on the white screen. Thinking it may have been a memory issue i swapped it out, no result. Tried another hard drive now figuring a drive failure, no result. Now currently the Macbook would boot up normally after sitting in a powered down state for a while, then in about 3-5 minutes it would freeze and again I try to reboot and it's back to the white screen again! In some instances on power-up the fan and drive powers up but screen remains black. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

***keeping fingers crossed that it's not a logic board issue***
